My sole focus is to locate your new home or property and then, and only then, use my skills to present a fair, attractive and compelling offer resulting with your agreement of price and conditions. My only fee is my commission which is paid out of the sellers proceeds. I liken my representation to that of a client-attorney... in fact I am bound by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission not to share any information you communicate to me with the seller, or the sellers agent, unless you instruct me to do so.
